Had to have an expensive exhaust repair done. Benji and the techs worked with me best they could and gave a fair price out the door. Happy with the service and job they did. Recommend this shop.

They are wonderful and so willing to try to be flexible with their schedule when they can to help you. I needed an oil change before leaving for a big trip and Michael helped squeeze me in that day and got me in and out really quickly. Everyone was nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at Midas. I had already purchased my own replacement headlights and was turned away by several other places because they wouldn’t install customer-supplied parts. Midas was happy to help, and they changed both headlights within just a few minutes. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy. I really appreciated their willingness to help when other shops wouldn’t. Highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and efficiency!

I was in a bind while in a rental, but somehow got a staple into the sidewall. I do not remember names, but I wish I did because the staff was very nice. Very helpful in swapping out the tire and getting me on my way to exchange the car back at the rental company. I haven’t done business with Midas before, but if needed, I absolutely will again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with the team at Midas in Mount Pleasant. I came in for a simple oil change on my well-loved minivan, fully expecting the usual upsell on all the things I know it probably needs. Instead, I was met with a team that was helpful, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable—but refreshingly not pushy. They took the time to do a proper check-up and provided me with a clear, written list of maintenance items to be aware of, without any pressure to fix everything on the spot. That level of transparency and respect goes a long way. Honestly, I was a little shocked to just pay for my service and be free to go—no sales pitch, no pressure, just solid service. Well done, gentlemen. I’ll definitely be back—actually, I’ll see you tomorrow with my other whip! 💯✅ 🚙💨
